FAQs
Ain't That A Frame - Gallery 99
Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is required, and walk-ins are always welcome—simply visit our gallery and one of our experienced design consultants will be happy to assist you with your framing project. However, if you have a preferred designer or are working within a specific time constraint or special requirement, you are also welcome to schedule an appointment so we can ensure dedicated time and assistance tailored to your needs. Is this worth framing?
The value of framing is personal. If a piece holds meaning for you or brings you joy when you see it, it is certainly worth preserving through professional framing. Many items can also be unexpectedly transformed once framed—when treated as art, even simple or everyday pieces can take on new visual impact and significance. How do I keep the frame from overshadowing my artwork?
Effective framing should complement your artwork, not compete with it. We'll help you explore various options to find the perfect balance that enhances rather than distracts from your piece. Will this help protect my artwork?
Professional framing provides lasting protection for your artwork. We use conservation-grade matting and backing materials to help protect against environmental damage, and all pieces are sealed on the back to prevent dust intrusion. In addition, we provide secure wall hangers for safe and stable display. We also offer several glass options that, under normal conditions, will help safeguard your artwork for generations to come.Where can I park when visiting the gallery?
Parking is available for our customers. While there are metered spaces on Main and Anchor Streets that operate from 10 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, we also offer a convenient gravel parking lot located off Anchor Street behind the building. Please feel free to use this lot during your visit—ignore any old signage for Rexall Pharmacy, as the lot is owned by us and vehicles will not be towed.
